Narayanan has more than 20 years’ experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management. Narayanan was a Partner at Tosca fund Asset Management, a London-based fund manager, and co-managed the Tosca MOD family of funds. He left Tosca fund to start Pragati, an emerging market’s focused Private Equity firm, in 2011. He currently works with Fintech Start-ups in London in various roles including strategy formulation and fund raising. Prior to Tosca fund, Narayanan has worked briefly in the role of Head of Risk Management within the Financial Institutions Principal and Distressed Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London where he was brought in to manage Liquid Assets after the financial crisis. Prior to joining RBS, Narayan spent several years in the Principal Transactions Groups at credit Suisse in London where he was responsible for deploying the bank’s balance sheet across the capital structure in both debt and equity transactions. Narayanan started his career at Bear Stearns, in their fixed income division in New York. Narayanan holds an MBA from London Business School.

A very well-known name in Chartered Accountancy, holding an experience of 42 years. His firm (Sr. Partner) R.N. Mishra and Co has been associated largely with Government Enterprises, Agencies and Boards as well as the state (mostly Bihar & Jharkhand) in the field of Education, Construction, Agriculture, Dairy, Health, Electricity, Forestry, Irrigation and Mining etc. Also they have deep roots in private sector working in the field of Constructions, Education, Media, Agriculture, Consultancy, Manufacturing etc. Mr Mishra has a hard core knowledge of prevailing financial market and is very well versed with financial statistics trends and analytical studies of this market. He had been Director in Magadh Stock Exchange for number of years had done auditing of very large number of PSUs, NGOs Autonomous bodies, Education and Charitable Institutions & Banks to name a few. He had been treasure of Indian Red Cross Society Bihar Branch for four years. He also holds L.L.B from Bihar University. Er. Dukhi Sah, a civil engineering graduate, topper of his batch with 51 years of hard core experience in Designing, Construction of Plants, Building, Complexes, Seismic resistant buildings, Earthquake Resistant Building and Flood Resistant Structures /Protection scheme. Er. Dukhi Sah is a member/ life member of Institute of Engineers (India), Indian Concrete Institute, Chennai, Indian Road Congress, National Information Centre of Earthquake Engineering, IIT Kanpur and Indian Building Congress. During his service Er. Sah has substantially contributed in design and construction of Bokaro steel Plant, Flood protection scheme in Monghyr district, Industrial buildings in Bihar, Police buildings/Houses/Campus, Hospital Complexes, Apartment Complexes & Colonies. Er. Sah has also written several articles/ papers on subjects of Seismic Resistant designs and constructions of buildings/structures. Green buildings, Energy-efficient buildings, Disaster & Risk reduction. Er. Sah was nominated by Ministry of home affairs (GOI) as member of four-member committee to finalize the designs and drawings of 400 fortified police stations constructed in several states at LWE effected places in the country. Er. Sah is one of the participating expert along with professors of IIT Roorkee/NIT Patna in imparting training, implemented at Pana by BMPTC New Delhi/ BMDA Patna, to master trainers who trained Engineers and Architects in district/ Block Level for Seismic Designs & Construction of buildings.
